1.1.  Youth organization willing to become the actual member of LiJOT must:
             1.1.1.   Have at least 100 members.
             1.1.2.   Have at least 3 branches in at least 2 districts. 
             1.1.3.   Be registered in the Ministry of Justice at least two years ago.
             1.1.4.   Be an observer of LiJOT at least for one year.
             1.1.5.   Accept the statutes of LiJOT.

1.2. Youth organizations union willing to become the actual member of LiJOT must:
            1.2.1.   Have at least 4 members in 3 municipalities. 
            1.2.2.  Be a council of youth organizations within the boundaries of the municipality.
            1.2.3.  Be registered in the executive institution of the municipality not less than two years ago.
            1.2.4.  Be an observer of LiJOT at least for one year.
            1.2.5.  Accept the statutes of LiJOT.

1.3. Regional youth council willing to become the actual member of LiJOT must:
             1.3.1    Have at least 6 members in one municipality or at least 8 members in one district.
             1.3.2.  Be registered in the executive institution (according to Lithuanian law) not less than two years ago.
             1.3.3.   Be an observer of LiJOT at least for one year.
             1.3.4.   Accept the statutes of LiJOT.
